Our Mission and Purpose

To foster community, empower young male college students, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Saving Space collaborates with universities, student organizations, and mental health professionals to create accessible spaces wherecollege males can express themselves openly, engage in peer support, and access culturally relevant mental health resources. Through our programs, we aim to build a network of support that enhances the mental well-being and academic success of male students.

Our initiatives are designed to provide more than just resources — they offer community, connection, and a chance to be heard. We focus on group therapy programs that encourage peer-to-peer support, open dialogue, and collective healing. By offering culturally relevant services and building partnerships with institutions committed to student well-being, we are developing a growing network of support that promotes both mental health and academic achievement. It’s our hope that through this work, we can help redefine what mental wellness looks like for male students and ensure no one has to navigate these challenges alone.
